about
Just a nostalgic electronic synthpop song about a flying retro robotic cleaning pig? Maybe not. The chilled music, synthwave feel and video project "Home of the future" is an archive testamente to the timelessness of the spoken word.
I strongly recommend that you check out the youtube music video as this historical narrative serves as a prediction of the future home and the video will bring surprises...
Originally pressed on shellac 78 rpm record (the predecessor to vinyl records), presumably 60-80 years ago, the printed spoken word must have toured various owner´s record collections and eventually in modern times, ended up in the hands of the synthwave artist and vintage item collector Ai Accident at the charity shop "Human Bridge" in Mölndal Gothenburg (an organization specialized in supply of medical equipment). Ai Accident fell in love with the spoken word contained within, and decided to write music that would harmoniously augment its poetic science, thus securing its longevity and heritage for generations of listeners to come. The song was not created with any sense of commercial sensibility or viability in mind, nor the commercial pop charts. It stands on its on merits more as a piece of geeky tech audio art made for fellow nerds and tech geeks, as Ai Accident himself professes to be, by his own admission. Enjoy!
